Valley Flower Restaurant

Valley Flower Restaurant is part of the Valley Flower Camp out in Leh Ladakh. You can find us in Sumur, which is in the Nubra valley area, far away from the busy cities. We operate the restaurant as part of the camp setup in Leh Ho. It’s a simple building that fits in with the landscape. We don't have many neighbors, so it's mostly just us and the guests who come through Sumur. Life moves a bit slower in Nubra. We spend a lot of time just making sure we have everything we need, since getting supplies can take a while. The restaurant is a place where people can sit and look out at the valley. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure things are clean and ready. The weather changes fast here, so we are always keeping an eye on the sky. It is a practical place meant for people traveling through this part of Ladakh. We don’t use fancy language or have a polished look. It’s just an honest spot in a very beautiful, quiet corner of the world. We stay busy enough keeping the camp running and the kitchen open.
