Down at 230, S N Roy Rd in Shahpur, you’ll find Switching Avo Electro Power Ltd. It’s an older part of the neighborhood, and we’ve been tucked away here for a bit. The building has some character, you could say. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It’s mostly just a bunch of us working through the daily list. The street can get pretty narrow and busy, so getting here takes a little patience sometimes. We’ve got a routine that’s been the same for years. We aren't really the type to have big flashy signs or do a lot of talking about ourselves. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street traffic right outside the window, but we don't mind it much anymore. It feels like a real part of the city. We know the shopkeepers nearby and usually grab lunch from the same couple of places. It's a simple operation. We don't have a huge staff, just a core group that knows how everything runs. If you come by, you'll probably see one of us sorting through papers or talking on the phone. We don’t go for the corporate look. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with it. It’s a solid place to work and we’ve made this little corner of Shahpur our home for a long time now. We're just normal folks doing a day's work.
