Shanti Enterprises

You’ll find Shanti Enterprises at number 22, on the first floor in Room No-5. We are right on Rabindra Sarani, near Chittaranjan Avenue. This part of Kolkata is always incredibly busy. There’s a constant flow of people, yellow taxis, and rickshaws right outside our door. Being on the first floor helps a bit with the noise, but you can still feel the pulse of the city. Our room is small but it serves us well. We have our files, a couple of old desks, and enough space to sit and talk. It’s an old building with a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Rabindra Sarani is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that. We don’t have a website or any big advertisements. People usually just know where to find us. We keep things very simple. We come in, check the messages, and handle the day’s tasks one by one. There’s a tea seller just down the street who makes the best chai, and that’s a big part of our daily routine. It’s a traditional way of working. We don't need a lot of space or fancy gadgets. Just a room and some hard work. It gets a bit humid during the rains, but we just keep the windows open and keep at it. Our neighbours are good people and we all look out for one another.
