We are located over at 16B, Ganga Prasad Mukherjee Rd in Bhowanipur. It's a corner of the city where we have been serving food for some time now. It’s mostly just us and the local neighbors who stop by during their day. The kitchen is small, but it works for what we need. You can usually hear the pots clanking if you sit near the back. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been together for a while. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people coming in and out, it’s a constant job. The walls have a few scuffs, and the floor shows some wear, but that’s because people actually use the place. We don't have any fancy waiters in uniforms. It's just casual. You come in, find a spot, and we get to you when we can. Bhowanipur is a busy area, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops on the road. We don't bother with a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean the spice jars or fix a wobbly chair. It's just a regular local eatery where we do our best to keep things moving. Nothing more, nothing less than that. We just stay busy in the kitchen and keep the doors open for anyone who is hungry.
