We are tucked away at 13D Beerpara Lane in the Ghughudanga area. It’s a narrow lane, like many others in this part of Kolkata, so it’s not always the easiest place to find if you’re not from around here. But the locals know exactly where we are. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while now. The space inside is small and cozy, maybe even a bit cramped when it gets busy during the peak hours. We don’t have any fancy signs or bright flashing lights to draw people in. Most of the time, you’ll find us busy with the daily routine of setting things up and handling whatever tasks come our way. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, though you can hear the general sounds of the city not too far off. We take things as they come. If a customer walks in, we help them. If the lane gets flooded during the heavy monsoon rains, which happens sometimes, we just deal with it and keep going. We don't spend much time worrying about being "professional" in the corporate sense. We’re just regular people working a job. We clean up at the end of every day, lock the door, and come back the next morning to do it all over again. It’s a simple existence here on Beerpara Lane. We don’t try to pretend to be anything we aren’t. It’s just us, the shop, and the neighbors who have been seeing us here for years. We’re just a part of the local fabric of Ghughudanga, doing our thing every day.
