New Eastern Caterer

Our kitchen is tucked away on Taltala Lane in the Entally area. It’s one of those narrow streets where things are always moving and it can get a bit crowded. We don't have a big fancy dining room because we mostly focus on the catering side of things for events and local parties. Most of our work happens in the back where the big pots and pans are. You’ll usually see our guys loading up the vans with food containers to head out to different parts of the city. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and very early mornings for everyone involved. We’ve been doing this for years in this specific neighborhood. The smell of the spices is usually drifting out into the lane while we cook. It’s not the quietest place to work but we like the energy of Entally. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because of the heavy traffic on the main roads nearby, but we try our best to keep everything on schedule. We handle small family dinners and larger gatherings too when people ask. It’s mostly just a group of us who have worked together for a long time. We don’t use any special marketing or anything like that. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our delivery vans around. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot in the summer, but it’s what we know how to do. The lane is always full of people and rickshaws, so getting supplies in is a challenge.
