Monami

Monami is situated over by JBS Haldane Avenue and Govinda Khatick Road. We are near the Science City site office. The area is always under some kind of construction or there are big trucks passing by. Our place is simple. We don't have a lot of signage. We just serve the people who work around here or those who are visiting the Science City area. It’s a 700046 pin code area for those who need to know. The building is just a regular one. Inside, we have some tables and a kitchen that stays busy. We serve mostly local food. It’s the kind of stuff you eat every day. We don’t have fancy tablecloths or anything like that. We just use what we have. Some days it is very quiet and other days we get a big group all at once. We just take it as it comes. The staff here is small. We do the cleaning and the cooking ourselves mostly. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We see the same drivers and workers every day. They come in for a quick tea or a meal. We don't have a website or anything big. We just open up and wait for whoever comes in. It’s just a basic spot to get some food near the main road. I think that covers what we do. It’s a normal business. We try to stay open on time every single morning.
