You can find us on the 2nd floor at 4-B Chetan Seth Street. It’s an old building, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to them. Ktc Export isn’t one of those massive companies with a glass front. We operate out of a few rooms that are packed with samples and shipping documents. Being on Chetan Seth Street means we are right in the middle of the hustle. There’s always someone shouting outside or a cart being pushed down the road. We handle exports, so a lot of our time is spent on the phone or typing out emails to people in different time zones. It’s mostly paperwork and making sure the logistics don’t fall apart. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed at the port, and we have to spend the whole day sorting it out. It’s stressful, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don’t panic anymore. The office is a bit cluttered with folders, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek website or fancy titles. We just want to make sure the goods get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s honest work, even if it’s just sitting behind a desk for hours. We try to keep the mood light even when the deadlines are tight.
