Thayar Dairy Products

Operating out of No-31 on Ranganathan Street is always an experience. If you know T. Nagar, you know how crowded it gets outside our door. Thayar Dairy Products has been part of this chaos for quite a while. We deal with milk, curd, and other dairy items that people need every single day. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Most days start before the sun is even up, getting the fresh batches in and making sure everything is cold. It is a lot of lifting and moving crates. We don't have a flashy sign or anything like that because most people who come here already know who we are. It is the kind of place where the floor is always a bit wet from the ice and the air smells like fresh milk. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected, especially on festival days when everyone is out shopping in T. Nagar. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the dairy. It is just a handful of us working here, making sure the regulars get what they need. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our job well at this little spot on the street. It gets noisy with all the shoppers walking by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. It is just life here.
