Rajalakshmi Engineering College Admin Office

This is the admin office for the college, and we are right here on New Avadi Road in Kilpauk. If you know the area, you know 69-A is pretty easy to find once you get past the main traffic spots. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork, sorting out student files, and making sure the phones get answered. It gets really loud outside because of the road, but inside we try to stay organized. There is always a stack of forms waiting to be signed or someone coming in to ask about admission dates. We don't have a big campus here, just the office space where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know the routine like the back of our hands. It’s a lot of typing and filing, to be honest. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of it. People think admin work is boring, but we see a lot of different faces every day. Parents come in worried about their kids' grades, and students come in looking for their IDs. We just try to get through the pile of work before the day ends. Kilpauk is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place that keeps the gears turning for the college. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks.
