Parfait 3 Bistro

We are a small bistro located at No 80 B on CSI Church Gate Road. It’s in the Velacheri area. We are right next to the Karaikudi Dhabha, which most people know. Annai Indira Nagar is the neighborhood. We wanted to have a place where you could get a coffee or a bite to eat without it being too loud or crowded. We have a few tables inside and the kitchen is right there. It’s mostly just a couple of us working here. We don't have a massive menu. We just make a few things like sandwiches and drinks. The church gate is a good landmark for finding us. The street outside is mostly residential, so it's not as crazy as the main roads. We have some big windows that let in the light during the day. Sometimes we have to fix things ourselves when they break. We’ve put some effort into making it look okay with simple furniture. It’s not a corporate chain restaurant. It’s just our little spot. We get some regulars from the nearby houses. It can be a bit slow in the afternoons, but we don't mind. We try to keep the place tidy. It’s a quiet place to sit for a while. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything, just us in our regular clothes making sure people get their orders. It's a nice little break from the busy Velacheri main road traffic and it feels like a real neighborhood spot.
