You can find us at Dindigul Thalappakatti on NSC Bose Road in the Parrys area of Chennai. The building is quite old, with the numbers 229 and 372/375. We are located near George Town, which is one of the most crowded and historic parts of the city. The streets around here are always full of people, carts, and vehicles moving goods. It’s a loud and lively place to work every day. Inside the restaurant, we try to keep things orderly, but the pace is always fast because of the location. We have a lot of history in what we do, but we don’t spend much time talking about it. Mostly, we’re just busy in the kitchen or making sure the dining tables are ready for the next group. The heat in Chennai can be tough, especially in a kitchen on NSC Bose Road, but we are used to it by now. We have a team of people who have been with us for a long time. We do not have any fancy marketing plans. We just open the doors and start cooking. People find us because they know the name or they are just passing through Parrys and need a meal.
