Dhal Bukhara Restaurant Anna Nagar

Dhal Bukhara Restaurant is sitting right here at number 1945 on 18th Main Road. We are in Anna Nagar West, specifically right across from Vasantham Colony. The 600101 area is quite a busy place to be. We have been serving the people around here for a while. The street outside can get quite jammed with cars, but we are used to it. Inside, it is a bit more relaxed. We don't have those fancy menus or anything. Just the food we make every day. Our staff is mostly local people who know the regulars. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. Anna Nagar is a big place but our little corner on the 18th Main Road feels like its own small world. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, but we stay open. It’s a lot of long hours in the kitchen, honestly. We start prep early in the morning so everything is ready for the lunch rush. It’s not always perfect, sometimes we have a wait, but we do what we can. People know where to find us because of the colony nearby. It’s an easy landmark. We don’t do much talk, just keep the stove going and the tables wiped. That’s basically our life here at the restaurant. It’s hard work but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just stay here on 18th Main Road and do what we have always done for the neighborhood.
