Our place is at No.6/A on the 12th Main in Kempamma Layout. It's tucked away a bit in Lakshmidevi Nagar, which is a busy little area once you get into the side streets. Most people know the layout because of the local shops nearby. We handle a lot of packaging work here, so there is always the sound of tape dispensers and boxes being stacked up. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a big shipment of cardboard comes in. The space isn’t huge but we make it work by stacking things high towards the ceiling. We have a few machines running for most of the morning. It can get pretty loud in the workshop, so we usually have the side door open for some air. The staff here has been around for a few years, so we all know the daily routine without having to talk much. We don't do much advertising at all. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them we have the right size boxes for their needs. We drink a lot of coffee in the small break area near the back corner. Sometimes the rain makes deliveries difficult because the road outside gets a few big puddles, but we manage. It’s a practical business. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. It's just a workshop where we get the orders filled and sent out. That's the daily life for us at Abhiman Packaging.
