Tadka Restaurant (Ramada Plaza Jhv Hotel)

Our restaurant is actually located inside the Ramada Plaza Jhv Hotel. We are in the Cantonment area of Varanasi, right on The Mall. It is a bit different being inside a hotel because we see a lot of travelers as well as people from around the city. We have been operating here for some time now. The atmosphere is a bit more quiet than a street-side shop, but we still keep things very practical. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just serve the food we know how to make. The staff here is used to the hotel pace, which can be slow one minute and very fast the next when a big group arrives. We are situated in a nice part of Varanasi, and the Cantonment area is generally well-kept. Most people find us because they are staying at the hotel or they know the Ramada location. We don't really do much advertising outside of being here. It’s just a kitchen and a dining area where we work every day. We try to keep the routine steady, making sure everything is in its place before the dinner rush starts. It is a simple job of feeding people and making sure they have what they need while they are visiting the city. The Mall can be busy, but our spot is usually a bit more relaxed.
