Blue Berry Restaurants

We are over in Varanasi Cantt, specifically at B-27/88 J-3 on Lane No-11. It’s in the Ravindrapuri area, which is a place that stays pretty active. Being in Varanasi, there’s always a lot of movement and people around. Blue Berry Restaurants is just our way of being part of that. We aren't a fancy dining hall; it's more about regular food for regular people. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or making sure the supplies come in on time from the market. The lane can get a bit crowded with bikes and people walking, but that’s just how it is here. We have a few tables and it gets noisy when the lunch crowd hits. Most of the people who come in are locals or folks working nearby. We don't do anything complicated with the menu. We just cook what we know how to cook. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. That's just part of running a restaurant in this part of town. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. We just keep the kitchen going and hope people like the food. There is always the sound of traffic nearby, but we just ignore it and get the plates out.
