Our little spot, 22 By 7 Family Restaurant, sits right at shops 8 and 9 by Varuna Bridge. If you know where the TV Tower is in Varanasi, you’ve probably seen us. It’s a family-run place, so it can get a bit loud during dinner time when the kids are around. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end spots you see in magazines. We just serve food that we like to eat ourselves. Some days the kitchen is busier than others, and things might take a minute, but that’s just how a real kitchen works. We’ve been in this part of Varanasi for a bit, and we know many of our neighbors by name. It’s nice seeing the same faces every week. The bridge area gets pretty crowded, especially in the evenings, but it's a good kind of busy. Inside, it's just regular tables and chairs, nothing too fancy. We just want people to sit down and have a decent meal without having to worry about anything. Sometimes we run out of certain things on the menu if it’s a particularly busy day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here at the restaurant, trying to keep everyone fed and happy. If you're near the Varuna Bridge, come say hi. We usually keep some extra chairs in the back.
