AFC Restaurant

Afc Restaurant is located at Shop Number-31 in Mint House. We are right in the Nadesar area, which is part of the Cantonment in Varanasi. If you know where the Hotel Taj Cantonment is, we are directly in front of it. Our pin code is 221002. Being in Mint House is convenient because it’s a known spot. We’ve been serving food here for some time. It’s not a massive dining hall, just a regular shop where we cook. Varanasi is a busy city, and the Cantonment area is no different. We get a mix of people coming in. Some are locals from Nadesar and others are just passing through. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, prep the kitchen, and start the day. The view of the Taj across the street is nice, but we stay busy with our own work. It can get a bit hectic during the evening hours. We just try to keep up with the orders. The shop is small but we make it work. It’s just us, the AFC Restaurant crew. We don't do much in the way of marketing. We figure if people like the food, they’ll come back to Shop 31. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been here long enough to know the neighbors. We just keep doing what we do every day.
