Aangan

Aangan is a spot you will find inside the Hotel Hindustan International in Varanasi. We are at C-21/3 in the Maldahiya area. Varanasi is a very old and crowded city, and Maldahiya is a busy part of it. Our place has been running for a good number of years now. We have some regular customers from the neighborhood who come in along with the hotel guests. It’s a bit of a traditional setup inside, nothing too modern. We have enough tables for families to sit together. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there are kids running around. The staff here has been with us for a long time, so we know how to handle the rush. We serve the kind of food that people expect in a place like this. The kitchen isn't huge, but it does the job. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the water glasses full. Being inside a hotel means it’s a bit quieter than the main street outside, but you can still hear the city. We don’t have any fancy marketing people. We just open the doors and start the work. It’s a straightforward place to have a meal if you are in the Maldahiya part of town. The lighting is soft and we don't use flashy signs. We just do our business every day.
