Bobby Restaurant is located in Sarnath, right near the Forest Guest House in Dharampal Market. If you’re heading down Sarnath Road, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve been serving locals and people visiting the area for a long time. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and chairs, nothing too complicated. Being in Varanasi, especially in an area like Sarnath, means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through, and others have been eating here since they were kids. The kitchen is small, but we manage to get things done. It’s not always quiet here, especially when the market gets busy in the afternoons, but that’s the way we like it. We don’t use any fancy equipment or have a polished look. It’s just a regular restaurant where you can sit down and have a meal without worrying about being formal. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter or clearing a table. We’ve kept the prices fair because we want our neighbors to be able to eat here whenever they want. It’s a humble place, honestly. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure everyone who walks in feels welcome. It’s our way of contributing to the neighborhood, and we plan on staying right here for as long as we can.
