Anshu Roll Corner & Bakers

Anshu Roll Corner & Bakers is located at J24/21 in Varanasi. Most people around here know we are near Lallu Bijli Wale, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We’ve been baking and making rolls in this neighborhood for quite a while now. It’s a small shop, and we spend most of our time at the back getting things ready or at the front serving customers. The oven stays hot for a good part of the day. Varanasi is a busy city, and our little corner in 221001 gets its fair share of people walking by. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us handling the dough and the fillings. It’s a bit of a tight space when it gets busy, but we manage to get things done. We don't go in for anything fancy; we just make what we know how to make. The rolls are ready when they’re ready, and we try to keep the shelves stocked with fresh baked items. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late. Some people stop by every day on their way home. We recognize the faces and know what they usually ask for. It's just a local bakery and roll shop, nothing more than that. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping the shop open for the neighborhood. It keeps us going every day. We are here now. Just working.
