Silver Spoon Restaurant

Silver Spoon Restaurant is on Luxa Road in Varanasi, right across from the JK International Hotel. If you know the Gurubagh area, you know it stays pretty active. We’ve been operating out of the D 46/19-1 address for some time now. It’s a straightforward setup. We have tables, chairs, and a kitchen that starts early in the morning. Being opposite a hotel means we get a mix of people. Some are visitors staying across the street, and others are locals who have lived in Varanasi their whole lives. The street outside can be a bit of a mess with rickshaws and people walking, but inside it’s a bit quieter. We don't spend much money on big ads or fancy decorations. Most people find us just by walking past on Luxa Road. The staff here are mostly local guys. We talk about the cricket scores or the weather while we work. It’s not a polished place with a manager in a suit. I usually just wear my regular clothes and help out where it’s needed. Sometimes we run out of certain things on the menu if the market was short that day. We just tell the customers, and they usually don't mind. That’s how it goes in a small business. We just try to keep the place tidy and the food ready for whoever walks in. It’s a decent spot for a meal if you’re in the Gurubagh area.
