Sanmukh Restaurants

Sanmukh Restaurants is located out on Nh-56 in the Babatpur area of Varanasi. Since we are right on the Airport Road, we see a lot of travelers who are either just arriving in the city or heading out to catch a flight. It is a busy stretch of road. The restaurant isn't in the middle of the crowded old city, so there’s a bit more space around us. We have been here for a bit, and the main thing is just keeping the place open for whoever stops by. We get a mix of tourists and locals who are working out near the airport. The building is simple, and we keep things practical inside. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us running the place day to day. We wake up early to get the kitchen going because travelers are on all sorts of schedules. Sometimes the Nh-56 traffic gets backed up, and people come in just to take a break from the heat and the noise. We serve standard meals that are filling and familiar. There isn't anything flashy about how we do things. We just make sure the tables are wiped down and the food is ready when someone sits down. It’s a lot of work keeping a restaurant going on a main road like this, but we are used to the pace. We just focus on the next customer coming through the door. It is a decent way to make a living.
