Sangini Restaurant

Sangini Restaurant is situated in Maldahiya, which is a very busy part of Varanasi. Our exact location is near the Ganga Palace and right by Gate Number 2 of the Vishal Lawn. Because of the lawns nearby, we get a lot of people who are in town for weddings or other big events in the 221002 area. Our restaurant isn't anything fancy. It’s a plain building with a simple interior. We have some tables and chairs, and the kitchen is where we spend most of our time. We are a local business, not some big corporate chain. The people who work here are just local residents who know the area well. We don't have a marketing department or a polished image. We just open the doors every day and do our work. The traffic in Maldahiya can be quite something, with all the rickshaws and bikes, but we’ve been here long enough that it doesn't bother us. We focus on the daily routine of cooking and serving. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded when there’s a big function at Vishal Lawn, but we just manage it as best as we can. We don't use any promotional phrases to get people in. Most of our customers are just folks who happen to be nearby and want a place to eat. It’s just a normal, everyday restaurant in the heart of Varanasi.
