PALKI FAMILY RESTAURANT

You will find PALKI FAMILY RESTAURANT over in the Orderly Bazar area of Bhojubeer. We are right across from the Vishal Megamart. Varanasi is a very crowded and old city, so finding a good spot can be tricky. We liked this location because Bhojubeer is a place where people are always out and about. The restaurant is a family-run kind of place. We don't have a big staff or a board of directors. It is just us and a few helpers keeping things moving. The street outside is usually full of traffic and people going to the megamart. It gets pretty loud, but that is just the character of Varanasi. We spend most of our time making sure the kitchen is running right. It isn't a very fancy place with expensive decorations. We kept it simple and practical for families who live nearby. We’ve been at this spot in Orderly Bazar for a good while. People know the landmark of the megamart, so it is easy to tell them where we are. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people in. We just stay open and do our work. It is a tough business sometimes, but we are used to the long hours. We just want to provide a place for people to sit down and have a meal. That is our whole story, nothing more to it.
