Orchids Pure Veg Family Restaurant

We've been running this place at B-27/87 in the A K Complex for a while now. Most people know us because we're right on Lanka road in Durgakund, very close to the Chetmani crossing. It's a busy spot in Varanasi. We mostly focus on vegetarian food because that’s what families around here usually look for when they come out. The restaurant isn't fancy, just some tables and chairs where you can sit down and eat. We open up in the morning and stay busy until late evening. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but inside it's okay. We try to keep things clean and the kitchen stays busy with regular orders. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or people passing through Durgakund. We don't do much advertising, people just see the sign when they're near the crossing and walk in. There’s no big story behind it, we just wanted a place where you can get a meal without any fuss. The staff is just a few local guys who know the menu well. We have the usual veg dishes that you'd expect. It gets crowded on weekends, especially in the evenings when families have more time. Sometimes there’s a wait for a table, but usually, we find a spot for everyone. We're just here doing our job every day. We don't have fancy lights or anything, just plain walls and fans. It’s just us.
