New Dilkhush Non Veg Family Restaurant

You can find us at 21/75 on Rathytra Road in Kamachha, Varanasi. We are situated right across from the Kashi Raj Apartment. This is a family place, so we have plenty of room for parents and kids to sit down together. We focus on non-veg dishes, which isn't always easy to find in every part of the city. Our mutton and chicken curries are what most people come for. We spend a lot of time getting the spices right. The restaurant isn't very fancy; it's just a place to eat good food. We have been here for a while and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we are still serving the same recipes. It gets really crowded on Sunday evenings. We don't have a huge staff, so sometimes service takes a minute when every table is full. We just ask people to be patient while we cook everything fresh. The kitchen can get quite loud with the chopping and the pressure cookers going off. We don't do a lot of advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about us. We keep the lights bright and the tables wiped down. It's a simple life running a restaurant in Varanasi. We just want to make sure people leave with a full stomach and don't spend too much money doing it. That’s how we’ve always done things here. My brother handles the billing while I stay in the back making sure the gravy is thick enough for the rice.
