Mughal hut

Mughal hut is right over by Varuna Bridge on Nadesar road. If you know where the petrol pump is, we’re just opposite that. It’s a busy spot in Varanasi. There’s always noise from the traffic and people moving around outside. We opened up here because it seemed like a good corner for people to stop by. The space isn't too big, but we manage. Most days it’s just us doing the same routine, prepping in the morning and serving until we close up at night. The bridge nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We see a lot of people coming from the petrol pump too. It gets a bit dusty with all the cars, but we try to keep the inside tidy enough. It’s a simple setup at Mughal hut. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. Just tables, chairs, and the kitchen in the back. The cooks have their own way of doing things, and they’ve been at it for a long time now. We get a mix of travelers and locals since we’re near the bridge. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it's raining or during festivals, but that’s just how Varanasi is. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Nothing more to it than that. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place going day after day for our customers.
