There is always noise and people moving around outside. We’ve been here for a while, just running the restaurant as a small team. It’s a simple place with tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to serve food to the people who live and work around Naisadak. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just keep going. That’s just how life is in this part of Varanasi. We do all the work ourselves, from buying the ingredients to cleaning the floors at night. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We know many of our customers by sight because they pass by every day. If you are walking down Nai Sarak Road near Beniabagh, you’ll see our sign. We don't put on airs or try to be fancy. It’s just a honest place to get a meal when you’re in the middle of the city's hustle.
