Kamesh Hut Restaurant

Our restaurant is tucked away at C-27/111 in Jagat Ganj, which is a busy little part of Varanasi. We are quite close to the Lahurabir Crossing, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. It isn't a huge place, but we have enough space for the locals who come in to eat. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen many changes in the 221002 area. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we don't try to make things complicated. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the tables are ready. It's a simple life running a kitchen here. We get a lot of people who are just passing through the crossing and need a quick meal. The shop itself feels like an old part of the neighborhood. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy lights. Most of our day is spent prepping vegetables and cleaning up the kitchen. It gets a bit noisy with all the rickshaws and cars outside, but you get used to it after a few days. We are just a local hut-style place where you can sit for a bit. It's not a corporate chain, just us doing our thing every day. If you find yourself near Jagat Ganj, you can stop in. We are usually around from morning until late evening.
