Jms Universal Badges

Jms Universal Badges is tucked away in Chittanpura, specifically at A-33/31 H in the Onkarleshwar area. It’s one of those neighborhoods where everyone kind of knows each other, or at least they know where the workshops are. We spend most of our hours making badges. It’s noisy sometimes with the machines running, and the floor usually has little bits of metal or plastic scattered around by noon. We don’t try to make the place look like a showroom. It’s a workshop, plain and simple. We get our orders, we sit down at the benches, and we get to work. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up or organize the stock. We’ve been in Onkarleshwar for a bit now, and we like the rhythm of the place. It’s not a shiny corporate park; it’s a real street with real people working hard. We use simple tools and keep our process basic so we don’t make mistakes. If someone asks what we do, we just show them the badges on the table. There isn’t a lot of talk about strategy or vision here. We just want to finish the day’s batch and head home to eat. The light in the back room is a bit dim, but we know where everything is. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without any extra fluff for people to see.
