We operate out of Vasant Vihar, specifically on the second floor of the McKinsey & Company guest house at D 4/2. It’s a quiet enough spot in a nice part of New Delhi. Chef B-Earth & Spire handles various things related to the food industry and consulting. Being in a guest house setting means we see people coming and going quite a bit. It’s not your typical office layout with rows of desks, it feels a bit more like a home. We spend our hours looking into different projects and dealing with whatever comes across our desks that day. Sometimes we are working on menus or looking at how things are running in other kitchens. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep but the view of the trees in Vasant Vihar is decent. We aren't a massive corporation with a shiny lobby, just a small team working out of this space. It gets busy during certain times of the year when there's more demand for what we do. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up just like anywhere else. Dealing with different companies keeps us on our toes and the location makes it easy to get to other parts of the city when needed. It’s just how we do things here, focusing on the work and making sure we get the details right for our clients.
