Ashok Caterer

Ashok Caterer is located at 45C in Dilshad Garden. We are right in the middle of a residential area, so we are close to the people we serve. I started this business quite a while ago and it has stayed small, which I like. I usually take the calls and talk to the customers myself. We do not have a big office or a team of sales people. It is just me and my kitchen staff. We do small home functions, birthdays, and the occasional wedding in the local area. The kitchen is always a busy place, especially on weekends when everyone seems to have a party. We don't use fancy gadgets, just big pots and traditional recipes that we have used for years. Dilshad Garden is a nice neighborhood and we have a lot of regular customers here. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny brochures. We just hope that if someone likes our food, they will tell their neighbors. Sometimes we have a bad day where something breaks or a delivery is late, but we always try to fix it right then. It is an honest living and it keeps us busy. We are not trying to be the biggest catering company, just a reliable one for the people around here. You can usually find me at the house or out at an event. We just do our job.
