We’ve been at 41225 Bhola Nath Nagar for a while now. It gets really busy in Shahdara, especially around the holidays when everyone wants something sweet. People come in for snacks and stay for a quick bite at one of the small tables. It’s not a fancy place, just somewhere to get decent food without a lot of fuss. We handle a lot of sweets every day and the kitchen is always moving. Some days are more chaotic than others, but that’s just how it goes in New Delhi. We make sure the boxes are packed right so nothing spills on the way home. Sometimes the line gets pretty long outside on the sidewalk. Our staff tries to keep up with the orders. It’s a lot of hard work making everything fresh every single morning. We see the same faces every day, mostly neighbors and people who work in the local shops. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything, just the shop floor and the kitchen area. We try to keep things clean and simple for everyone. If you walk down the street near Shadara, you will see our sign. It’s a loud and dusty area but we like being part of it. We started small and just kept going as the years passed. There isn’t much to say except we sell food and people seem to like it well enough. We focus on getting the flavors right. My cousins and I have been doing this together for a long time.
