You can find 56 Bhog at 331, B Pkt J & K, Dilshad Garden. We have been in this little corner of the neighborhood for a good while now. Since it is a food place, there is almost always a smell of something cooking or sweets being prepared in the kitchen area. The shop itself isn't very large, so things can get pretty cramped when the evening rush starts and everyone stops by after work. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team; we just do all our work right here in Dilshad Garden. Most of the people who come in are neighbors who have been buying from us for a long time. We know a lot of their names and what they usually like to pick up for their families. Sometimes we run out of certain things faster than we expected, and people have to wait around for a new batch, but they usually don't mind the wait. It has a bit of a family vibe in here. My cousin helps out with the counter and my uncle is usually in the back making sure the kitchen is running okay. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. People just know we are here at 331, B Pkt J & K. We focus on making the food the way we were always taught. It is a lot of manual work, like lifting heavy pots and cleaning up.
