Instead, we spend our time in the kitchen or out at various venues setting things up. It’s a lot of early mornings and very late nights, especially during the wedding season. We don't use any flashy marketing or spend money on big posters. Our reputation comes from the work we actually do at the parties we serve. Sarojini Nagar is a great location because it is central, though getting a large truck into these DDA lanes can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We are just a group of people who know how to cook for a crowd without making a big fuss about it. We don't have any corporate mission statements written on the walls. We just focus on getting the salt right and making sure there is enough for everyone. It is a simple, honest way to make a living and we have stuck with it for years. Most of our neighbors know us as the people who are always carrying big pots around.
