Anubhav Home Made Food Products

We are tucked away at 47 Bapu Park in Kotla Mubarakpur. It’s more of a home setting than a big factory, which makes sense given the name Anubhav Home Made Food Products. The kitchen is where everything happens. It’s not huge, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. On most days, you’ll find three or four of us busy over the stoves or packing things into jars and boxes. We don't have fancy automated machines; it’s mostly just hands-on work. The neighborhood is pretty crowded, so there’s always people walking by and the sound of scooters in the alleyway outside. We start pretty early because some of the recipes take a long time to sit or cook down properly. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to say hello because they can smell what’s cooking from the street. Our shelves are usually overflowing with ingredients we’ve picked up from the local market. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to fill, and we end up using every available table and even the floor space for stacking boxes ready to go. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but it’s a productive mess. We like being here in Kotla Mubarakpur because it’s central and feels like a real community. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making food that we’d be happy to eat ourselves or share with friends.
