Baijnath Foods Private Limited is tucked away at D-421, Gali No-6 in Friends Colony, which is part of the industrial area near G.T. Road in Sahadra. It’s a busy part of town, always full of movement and noise from the nearby factories. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. We make various food products, so there is always something being prepared or packed. The space is practical, designed for production rather than looking pretty. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years. It’s a bit of a maze getting through Gali No-6 sometimes, especially when there are deliveries being unloaded, but that’s just life in an industrial colony. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make food items and send them out to the markets. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the ingredients are fresh. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the demand, but we manage by sticking to our routine. Sahadra is a tough, hardworking area, and we fit right in. We don’t do much advertising; our reputation in the colony and the surrounding markets usually brings in the business. It’s a family-run feel even though we are a private limited company. We just show up, do the work, and go home, simple as that. There is always a lot to do, but we like it.
