Corprate Delite

Our place is located in Vasant Kunj at B-1/1128. It’s right near Fortis Hospital, so it’s easy to find once you get into the block. We called it Corprate Delite a long time ago and the name just stuck. We mostly deal with food for offices and meetings around the South Delhi area. It isn't a big fancy setup. It’s more of a practical kitchen where we spend most of our morning getting things ready for the lunch rush. Since we are so close to the hospital, we see a lot of people coming and going all day. The traffic in Vasant Kunj can be a real pain in the afternoon, so we have to plan our routes carefully. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. They know how everything works. We don't spend money on big websites or marketing people. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the containers are packed properly so nothing spills. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets pretty hot in the summer months. We just try to keep things consistent. Sometimes we run out of things if a big order comes in late, but that's just how it goes. If you are around B-1, you can just walk in and talk to us. We’re usually around from early morning until the evening stuff is finished.
