Chefair Flight Caterring

We are Chefair Flight Caterring, based at A-72 Tara House in Mahipalpur, Delhi. Being in Mahipalpur means we are very close to the airport, which is the whole point of our location. You can hear the planes taking off and landing all day and night. It’s a busy place with lots of vans and trucks moving around the narrow streets. Our building, Tara House, isn't anything fancy. It’s a practical space where we handle all the food stuff. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. It’s always warm in there and smells like whatever we are cooking that day. We have a crew that comes in early and stays late. Mahipalpur traffic is famously bad, so we are always keeping an eye on the clock to make sure things get out on time. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the containers are ready. The office part is just a few desks squeezed into the corner. We don't have time for fancy decorations or corporate meetings. We just focus on the food and the transport. It’s a lot of hard work and it can get pretty stressful when there are flight delays. But we’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the routine. It’s just a regular local business near the runway.
