Domino'S Pizza (London)

We’ve been running this spot over in Vishwas Nagar for a while now. Most people know us because of the big sign on Sehdev Gali, right there in Shahdara. It gets pretty busy around dinner time, especially on weekends when nobody feels like cooking at home. We have a small crew here, mostly locals who know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes to get the bikes through traffic. It isn’t always easy with the Delhi heat, but we keep the ovens going. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and the kitchen gets a bit hectic, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things moving. The dough gets made every day, and we've got our routine down pretty well by now. People usually just call in or stop by after work to pick something up. It’s a plain shop, nothing too fancy to look at, just a counter and the kitchen in the back where all the work happens. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood coming in week after week. It feels good when a regular walks in and we already know what they're going to ask for. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping the shop open and making sure the orders go out as fast as we can manage. Shahdara can be a bit chaotic, but we’ve found our rhythm here in 110032. It’s just us doing what we do every day.
