You can find us over at 12, Kasturba Gandhi Marg in New Delhi. It’s a pretty well-known street, right in the middle of everything. Being at 110001 means we are right in the heart of the city, which has its good and bad points. The traffic is usually a mess, especially near the main intersections, but it makes us easy to find. Our space is functional. We deal with food and service, so there’s always something moving or someone coming in with a delivery or a question. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the city outside all day long. We’ve got a team that’s been doing this for years, so we don’t need a lot of instructions anymore. We just know what needs to happen. The office is where we do the bookings and the planning. It’s got that old Delhi feel to it, a bit worn in but comfortable. We don’t go for anything too flashy because that’s not really who we are. We just want to make sure the jobs get done right and the clients are happy with what they get. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have big events to handle, but that’s the nature of the business. We stick to our routine and keep the kitchen and the office running as smoothly as we can manage. It is a lot of work, but we like it.
