Ambassodar Sky Chef

Ambassodar Sky Chef is located at 814, Sector-5, R.K Puram, N.D-22. This is in the heart of New Delhi. We are a food business, so our days start very early, often before the sun is even up. R.K Puram is a big residential area with lots of government quarters, so there are always people around. Our space in Sector 5 is basically a big kitchen and some storage areas. It’s constantly hot because of the stoves and the ovens running all the time. We don't have a fancy dining room for guests; it’s mostly about preparing the food and getting it ready for delivery. There’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and cleaning that goes on here. The floors are usually a bit wet from being mopped so many times. We have a team of cooks who have been with us for a long time. They know their way around the kitchen even when it gets chaotic during the lunch rush. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to take professional photos. We just focus on the cooking. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the Delhi traffic, which is frustrating, but we try our best to stay on schedule. The office part of the building is just a small corner with a computer and a lot of paper receipts. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now and it keeps us out of trouble.
