Bhudyog Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Bijayramchandrapur, which is a quiet spot in Ward No. 21. Tushara Kanta Behera is the person in charge of the place at Plot No. 410/3440. We are basically a group of farmers who decided to team up so we could handle our business better. It is hard to do everything yourself when you are out in the fields all day. So we set up this company to take care of the selling and the buying part of farming. The office is simple and stays pretty dusty because of the road nearby, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking about fertilizers and which crops are going to do well this year. Sometimes we have disagreements about how to do things, but we always figure it out in the end. We are just regular people from the local area who want to see our community do okay. We don't use any big words or have complicated rules. If a farmer has a problem, they just walk into the office and we talk it out. It is a very direct way of doing business. We have been here for a bit now and people know where to find us if they need help with their produce. It is just honest work that we do every day to keep the farms going and the local economy ticking along.
