We are set up right in front of the Baripada Block office, which makes it easy for people to find us when they come into town for work. Our place is at Bhupati Charan Nath’s house in the Mayurbhanj area. It’s not a big fancy office, just a practical space where we handle the business side of things for Pargo Agri Business & Farm Ventures Private Limited. Most days it’s just us dealing with paperwork and talking to people about their crops. The weather here in Orissa can be a bit much sometimes, but we get through it. We spend a lot of time looking at seeds and talking about what grows well in this specific soil around Baripada. It's a lot of back and forth with the local farmers. Sometimes the office gets crowded when everyone comes in at once, especially during the sowing season. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the area well. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy with all the registers and receipts lying around. If you walk past the block office, you’ll see our sign. It's a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. We’ve been here for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. It’s just simple work, helping with farm ventures and making sure things move along for the agri business.
