Beer Birsha Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out of Baripada in Mayurbhanj, specifically at Plot No-36 in Ward No-28. Sri Manas Das is the one who helps keep things organized here at the Palbani location. Being a farmer producer company means we deal with a lot of people from the nearby villages. It gets busy during the harvest times, and the office usually has a few people coming in to talk about their crops or the market prices. We aren't trying to be some big city firm. We are just local people trying to help other farmers get a fair shake. The building is simple, and we spend more time talking over tea than we do looking at computer screens. Mayurbhanj is a big area, so there is always someone new stopping by to see what we are doing. We just keep our head down and work on whatever needs doing that day. Sometimes it's hard to get everything lined up, but that is just how it goes in agriculture. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. If you know where Plot 36 is, you can find us easily enough. Most of us grew up around here, so we understand how the weather and the seasons affect what we do. It’s just a group of us working together to make things a bit easier for the farming community in Baripada. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the basic work that needs to be done.
