Toddler Tales Montessori

Toddler Tales Montessori is tucked away on Kalikkotta Road in Tripunithura. You will find us at Tmc 21/749, which is a fairly easy spot to reach in Ernakulam. The building is a bit smaller than some of the big schools, but it feels right for the little ones. We have different areas set up with mats and wooden toys. The children arrive in the morning, and the first thing they do is take off their shoes at the door. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all those small sandals everywhere. Our teachers spend a lot of time on the floor with the kids. We follow the Montessori way, which mostly means letting the children pick what they want to work on. Some days they are very focused on pouring water or moving beads around. Other days, they just want to run around the small garden space we have. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet, except for when the kids are outside playing. We have a small kitchen where we prep snacks and make sure everyone is eating. It’s a very practical place. No one wears uniforms, and we don't have big assemblies. It is just a handful of staff looking after toddlers and helping them figure out how to do things for themselves. We’ve been in this part of Ernakulam for a bit now and most parents around here know where we are.
