Aruvi Natural Restaurant

You can find Aruvi Natural Restaurant over on I.S Press Road in Ernakulam North. We are quite close to the Income Tax Commissioner Office, so we see a lot of people from there during their lunch breaks. The name has natural in it because that is how we try to keep the food, without too many extra things added that you don't need. It is a busy little street and parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but people still find their way to us. Inside, it is just a plain setup with wooden tables and some fans going to keep the Kerala heat away. The kitchen is always busy from early morning because there is a lot of chopping and prep work to do. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few cooks and waiters who have been working together for a long time. They know how the regulars like their tea or their rice served. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if the crowd is big, but that is just part of how it goes. We try to keep the floors swept and the water jugs filled up. It is not a place for showing off, just a spot to get a meal that feels like it was made by someone who cares. We are just here doing our thing every day, serving the local crowd as they go about their business.
