We are located at Kacheripady Junction in Kochi. It is a very busy intersection, and Best Bakers has been a part of this corner for quite some time. The zip code here is 682018. Every morning, the smell of fresh bread and puffs starts coming from our ovens before the sun is even fully up. The junction outside is always noisy with buses and bikes, and people are usually in a hurry to catch their ride. We have glass counters filled with different kinds of cakes, biscuits, and snacks that we make right here. It’s not a fancy place to sit and linger; most of our customers just pop in, grab what they need for tea, and head back out into the traffic. The staff stays busy packing items into paper bags and boxes all day long. Sometimes the floor gets a bit sticky from the sugar, so we are always mopping in between the rushes. We don't use any complicated words to describe what we do. We just bake things and put them out for people to buy. The heat from the ovens keeps the back area quite warm, and we are constantly moving trays in and out. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually covered in flour by the time we close up.
