Bbq Square sits right on the Edapally Road in Palarivattom. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite St Martins Church, which is a big landmark in this part of Ernakulam. This road is almost always packed with cars and buses, so there is a lot of noise and energy right outside our door. We spend a lot of time around the grills, so there’s usually a bit of smoke and the smell of charcoal in the air. The shop isn't fancy; it’s a practical space where people come to eat grilled food without any fuss. We have a few tables, but a lot of people just stop by to pick things up on their way home. Being in Palarivattom means we get a real mix of people, from office workers to students. We start our prep early in the afternoon to be ready for the evening crowd. Sometimes the humidity in Kerala makes the kitchen feel extra hot, but we just get on with it. We aren't a big chain with a corporate office. It’s just a local spot where we focus on the heat of the grill and making sure the orders are right. The church across the street helps people find us easily even when the traffic is bad. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don't even need to look at a menu anymore.
